The Service is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netscape Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
