All new Kaalvid accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Premium. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically. You will never be charged without explicitly subscribing.
If you subscribe and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. After this window, subscription charges are non-refundable.
Email support@kaalvid.com with your registered email and the date of your charge. We process refunds within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancel anytime from your profile settings. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve billing issues quickly. Chargebacks for valid charges may result in account suspension.
